Final tests are predefined tests to simulate exams!
Conditions = 30 minutes, 30 questions, min. 80% correct to pass
1. Assign final test
You can assign a final test to several students and select the corresponding course/licence.
As soon as you have assigned a final test to a student, it will appear in the list, see point 3.
2. Filter options
You have the option of filtering students with assigned final tests according to the following criteria:
- All students, only active or deactivated students
- Students with assigned final tests from all or only certain licences
- Students with assigned final tests by status of final tests with the categories passed, failed, in progress and assigned (not yet started)
- Registration period
- Search for the name of the desired student
3. Overview of all students with assigned final test
Here you have an overview of all students who have been assigned a test. The following information is displayed:
- Name of the student
- Date of assignment of the final test
- Licence
- Status of the final test here a distinction is made between:
- in progress
- passed
- failed
- pending
- Number of tests
- Further quick actions (see point 4)
4. Quick action on individual final tests
You can display the evaluation for the individual test. This is as follows:
Here you can see whether your student has passed or failed, which subject it is, when the test was completed, how much time your student needed and the result per question.
You can also enable the student to take another attempt at the individual tests.
