Attention: Deleting a student will permanently remove all results, statistics, and notes. The student will lose access to their account and will no longer be able to log in. This action cannot be undone!

1. Filter inactive students
To improve clarity, you can pre-filter inactive students.
2. Apply Filter Options
Once the filters are applied, all inactive or deactivated users will be displayed.
3. Delete students via quick action
Using the quick actions menu, select the option “Delete Student” (see Section 4).
4. Delete User

Once quick actions are selected, all available options will be displayed. Click “Delete User” to permanently remove the student from the system.
Note: The student’s email address can be reused in the system after deletion.
Conditions for Deleting a Student:
- Unactivated Access: If the student has not activated their account (no registration date available), they will be completely removed from the system. The assigned license will not be included in the billing.
- No Active Licenses: If all of the student’s licenses have expired or been canceled and the student is deactivated, they will be permanently deleted.
- The student will then no longer have access to their account.
- All personal data, statistics and notes will be erased.
- Assigned licenses will remain in the billing under anonymized user data

5. Confirm Deletion
After clicking “Delete User” in Section 4, a confirmation popup will appear, requiring you to confirm the deletion once more.
