In the full version of the program, you can assign final tests to your students and generate certificates based on test results. You can also organize students into groups.

1. Add New Students
Here you can add new students to the system by clicking on the “Create” button.

2. Filtering Options
To improve clarity, you can filter students based on the following criteria:
- Status: Active, archived, and unregistered students
- Licenses: Assigned student licenses
- Registration period: Date of the student’s first login. Start date of the license period.
- Individual search: Search function for specific queries
3. Student Overview
Here, you can view a complete list of all active students.
Archived students can be displayed using the filtering options.
The following information is displayed for each student:
- Surname and first name
- E-mail address
- Date the invitation was sent
- Registration date
- Assigned licenses & validity period
- Further actions (see point 4)
4. Quick actions
Various activities are available for each student:
- View and edit student profile
- Send a new invitation link
- Edit the student’s license information or add a new license
