Introduction of Multi-Tenant Support & Customer specific Enhancements
- Multi-tenant user management: users can now get registered with the same email address across different platforms,
- Adjusted login and password-reset systems to support customer selection
- Abillity to use the same e-mail Adress for different roles in 2 or more platforms so one user can exist as both student and teacher at different platforms
- UX: Added functionality to seamless switch platforms from user dashboard

Advanced User Management & User Data Handling
- User Management: Added option for admins to delete users who never registered/logged in or no longer have active licenses
- Data Handling: Automated cleanup of inactive accounts and unused data:
- 6 months after license expiration: all user-generated data (notices, training data, bookmarks) is deleted.
- 12 months after license expiration: user account is deactivated and permanently removed.
- Bugfixes: Fixed an issue where the Back to Course button in the evaluation view sometimes did not work after test attempts in online courses.

Database Update for South Africa & Improved Admin user experience
- Content: Added new SACAA database to support South African trainings.

Extended functions for admins and teachers + Design adaptations
- Design adjustments in question trainer for improved clarity and showing more detailed statistics
- Updated HTML Structure for better compatibility with older browsers
- Admins and teachers: Added Filter by licence for task packages and custom tests lists
- Admins: The CSV export for accounting now includes the names of students for better traceability of invoices
- Admins and teachers: Integrated live search in the question database. It is now possible to search by question numbers, chapter names, syllabus numbers and any keyword contained in questions and/or answers
- BugFix: Adjusted Timing – Students will receive an email reminder when their course access expires 30 days before the expiry date
